Crunchyroll Store:
2025 Awareness Campaign

When the eCommerce team set a call with our Conceptual team in Fall 2024, they kept the upfront and description quite brief. What followed in that meeting was a clear problem to be solved: a mere 0.8% of Crunchyroll members shopped on our Store.

Our goal? Convert 0.7% of our members into customers of the store.
The way to do that? An impactful campaign that perfectly blends beloved IP with catchy copy.
The result? In the quarter that followed the awareness campaign, we grew our member-customers to 2.6%, far exceeding our expectations.
